The desilter cyclone is made of polyurethane. The polyurethane material is the abbreviation of polyurethane. Polyurethane is an organic polymer material and is known as the fifth largest plastic. Working principlehyang
The desilter is designed according to the principle of particle settling. The separation medium drilling fluid generates a certain pressure and speed through the sand pump and enters spirally along the inner wall of the cyclone. The coarser particles move along the cyclone under the action of centrifugal force and gravity. The inner wall spirally sinks, discharged from the underflow port, and falls on the fine-mesh vibrating screen below for separation. The rest of the medium spirals up along the cyclone and enters the fourth-stage separation equipment centrifuge from the overflow port for further purification.
Hyang desilter cones are widely used in oil and gas drilling, horizontal directional drilling, sewage treatment, cyclone desilting separation for river dredging. The desilter has the advantages of large processing capacity, high separation capacity, and convenient operation.
