Shale shaker motor is an essential part of mud shale shaker, usually, we choose explosion-proof vibration motor for oil and gas drilling. The mud agitator is generally installed on the surface of the mixing tank, and the mixing medium is mainly solid and liquid, including mud, muddy water, oil and water and other media. The mud agitator is mainly composed of motor, reducer, base, stirring rod, impeller and other spare parts. Tank Suction Valve (or subsea valve, bottom flow valve) is suitable for pipelines and bins of drilling mud tanks that use mud as a medium. Desilter cones are the main functional component of the drilling fluid desilter. The desilter is the next-level solid control equipment of the desander, that is, the third-level solid control equipment. It is mainly used to separate the solids phase particles of 20~40 μm. It is mainly composed of a desilting cyclone and a vibrating screen, with a cyclone above and a vibrating screen below.The size of the desilter cone is generally 4 inches, and the number of desilter cyclones used is 4 to 20 according to different site conditions.

Desander cyclone is an important part of desander and desilter, which is used to remove remaining cuttings larger than barite. When barite is added to drilling fluids, the bottom desilter passes through 100~325 mesh screen, thus can recover most barite and also can continuously remove drill cuttings larger than mesh.

Shaker screens are constructed with a hooked edge profile on wire cloth or wire mesh panel. They provide an essential function in the sizing, sifting, and grading process in various industries such as minerals, sand, and agriculture. Shaker screens work by vibrating the material to be screened. The vibration causes the material to move across the surface of the screen, separating one medium from another. This includes sizing larger items from smaller ones or solids control. The larger items are collected on the surface of the screen, while the smaller items pass through and are collected in a separate container. A shaker screen is typically made up of several layers of mesh or wire cloth arranged in a series of decks, with each deck having a progressively finer mesh size.
