 Core Structure

As the independent and exclusive core power supply unit for drilling sites, it provides continuous, stable and explosion-proof power support for the whole process of drilling platform operations, adapted to field drilling scenarios without municipal power supply:

1.Supplies primary/standby power for core production equipment such as drilling host machines, mud solids control systems and well control equipment;

2.Provides power for living and auxiliary facilities including field quarters, on-site lighting, office equipment and security monitoring;

3.Equipped with emergency power switching function to avoid drilling operation interruption caused by main power failure and ensure continuous project progress;

4.Implements explosion-proof, dust-proof and noise-reduction protection for generator units, suitable for flammable, explosive and dusty operating environments in oilfield fields. 

Unit Structure

Mainly adopts skid-mounted diesel generator sets, integrated with 6 core modules: diesel engine (power core), alternator (power generation unit), intelligent control cabinet, cooling system, exhaust system and auxiliary parts. The generator room is equipped with explosion-proof walls, ventilation ports, fire facilities and cable interfaces for seamless on-site connection.
