Oilfeld Solid Control Submersible Slurry Pump

Drilling submersible slurry pump is mainly used to transport slurry to shale shaker and decanter centrifuge. It has a single-stage single-suction cantilever structure, with a bearing seat, fulcrum bearing and piping to connect to the pumping system. Fluid is discharged from the outlet pipe. HYANG YZ series submersible slurry pump is equipped with a semi-open impeller, the stirring paddle is located in the extended inlet area of impeller blades.

The key component of the pump is the pump shaft in the submersible section, which should have sufficient rigidity. There's no bearing and shaft seal between the impeller blade and pump casing to transport the medium with high concentration and solid particles. The standard diving length of the pump is 1.3m, the suction pipe will be provided according to customer needs. When the submersible slurry pump is inserted into the liquid, the shaft seal will start work. Transmission is realized by installing the vertical motor on the support base and connecting the coupling with the pump.

The working principle of submersible slurry pump is similar to that of ordinary centrifugal pump, which uses the centrifugal force generated by the rotation of the impeller to throw out the liquid, thereby realizing the liquid transportation. The difference is that the impeller and pump body of the submersible slurry pump are usually made of wear-resistant materials to adapt to high-concentration and high-abrasive working conditions.
