The ZJ50 drilling rig solids control circulation system delivered in this project is centered on a modular and integrated design, establishing a comprehensive system featuring”six-stage Tanks, five-stage purification, and end-to-end process control and management.”Its core parameters fully meet the industry’s highest standards: The system consists of six tanks: Sand Settling Tank No. 1, Purification Tanks No. 2 and 3, Suction Tank No. 4, Reserve Tank No. 5, and Solution Mixing Tank No. 6. It is highly adaptable to transportation dimensions.
The total system volume can fully meet the mud storage and allocation demands for long-cycle drilling operations, balancing operational efficiency and on-site layout flexibility.

To achieve refined solid phase control of slurry, Huayang Oil & Gas equips this system with core supporting equipment independently developed in-house, establishing a five-stage purification process:shale Shaker→vacuum degasser→desander→desilter→centrifuge. It realizes accurate separation of solid particles of all particle sizes from coarse to fine, and fully guarantees the stability of slurry performance .
