Oil & Gas Prefabricated rooms/cabins: All equipment integration, wiring and joint commissioning are completed in factory. The complete units can be transported by sea or land. On-site work only require hoisting and connection before commissioning and operation. They fall into four major categories: process equipment cabins, electrical power distribution cabins, Field Camp accommodation cabins, and solid control skid-mounted cabins. Integrated with high/low voltage switch gears, transformers, PLC control systems, UPS, fire-protection systems and temperature control air conditioners. It serves as mobile substations and central control cabins for oilfields, natural gas compression stations and gas gathering stations.
Operating conditions: high-temperature and heavy-dust desert environments; frigid climates in Central Asia; high salt-fog environments in Africa. Compliant with ATEX explosion-proof standards and IP54 protection rating, and resistant to hydrogen sulfide corrosion.
Advantages: On-site engineering workload is reduced by 70%, and the construction cycle is greatly shortened. The units can be relocated and reused upon project completion, making them ideal for rapid development of remote overseas oil and gas blocks.
Process Skid-Mounted Prefabricated Rooms—Complete sets of process equipment are enclosed inside the cabin housing:
Solid control system cabins: integrated cabins for mixing skids, mud purification and water storage Tanks.
Wellhead gathering & transmission cabins: modules for separation, metering, pressure regulation, flame arrestors and filtration; as well as compact integrated modules for compression, dehydration and desulfurization.
After on-site positioning, the units can be put into production simply by pipe connection. It reduces on-site welding and installation workload, and is suitable for the development of scattered well sites and marginal small oilfields.
Field Camp / Living & Office Prefabricated Cabins—OilField Camp Facilities include dormitories, offices, control rooms, kitchens, bathrooms and tool rooms.
They feature heat-insulation and sun-protection for Middle Eastern desert conditions, thermal insulation for frigid climates in Central Asia and Russia, and anti corrosion performance for hot and humid African environments. The rooms can be rapidly assembled into large scale rooms. Upon project completion, they can be disassembled and transported to the next oilfield. Reusability of these assets helps lower total investment costs.
Offshore Platform Prefabricated Cabins
Used for electrical rooms, tool rooms and control rooms on offshore platforms. Adopting lightweight design and marine-grade anti-corrosion treatment, they reduce offshore high-altitude work and shorten the offshore construction window period. Domestic offshore engineering technology is well-developed. Exports are mainly delivered together with FPSO and onestop platform projects.
