In terms of core design, the tank body of the equipment is made of Q355B steel, equipped with skid base, intelligent pipeline system, monitoring instruments as well as safety and auxiliary components. All supplied equipments and accessories are brand new and genuine. It also supports full-process customization. Product drawings will be confirmed prior to production, and manufacturing starts only after the final plan is approved by the buyer. The equipment can operate stably in environments with temperature ranging from 0℃ to 50℃ and humidity ≤90%, fully adapting to complex running conditions of oil and gas sites.
The exterior surface is protected by a three-layer system: zinc-rich epoxy primer + gray epoxy mica iron intermediate coat + polyurethane topcoat. International-brand marine paint ensures durability.
The interior features a two-layer coating: epoxy glass flake primer + epoxy glass flake topcoat, perfectly adapting to corrosion protection requirements for storing water.
The surface is treated by shot blasting to Sa2.5 grade before painting, using high-pressure airless spraying. Coating adhesion is no less than 5.0MPa. For transportation, comprehensive measures including overall wax spraying, tarpaulin wrapping and net bag fixing ensure intact protection from factory to site.
