Heat treatment of screen box machine, heavy anti-corrosion coating on the surface, to ensure the service life of screen box; 

High excitation force (adjustable);

Screen mesh selection wedge block fixed, convenient disassembly.

A Shale Shaker is mainly used for solid control cycle screening, according to the working conditions to replace different mesh screens. It can be customized double screen, or triple screen through the mud distributor to allocate two or three vibrating screen processing at the same time, increasing the capacity, convenience, and efficiency.

2. The screen size customized for customers is 1165*585mm. The screen material uses SS304 / SS316 stainless steel, and the frame is made of an injection molding composite frame. Available from API 10 to API 400 mesh according to customer's site needs. Can replace the same 585x1165mm size screen shaker and Mud Cleaner.
