Recently, Huayang Oil and Gas Equipment Co., Ltd. With the completion of the first batch of rigorously inspected modules for the power generation and gas source rooms, it marks the successful delivery of the core power and auxiliary systems of the project to the final assembly base, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent whole machine commissioning and final delivery.

The power generation room and gas source room for this shipment are the "heart" and "lungs" of the "ABRAJ 2000HP" project, and their design and manufacturing standards are directly related to the reliable operation of the drilling rig in extreme environments. The project team strictly followed the "Power House Technical Agreement" and "Gas Source House Technical Agreement" to ensure the excellent quality of the product.

Super quiet and noise reduction: According to the protocol requirements, when the five main and auxiliary generator sets are operating at full power, the noise level at a distance of 1 meter outside the power generation room is strictly controlled below 85dB (A), effectively ensuring the health of on-site operators.

Ultimate anti-corrosion protection: All steel structural components are sandblasted to Sa 2.5 level and coated with a high-performance coating system of Olin brand epoxy zinc rich primer, epoxy intermediate paint, and polyurethane topcoat, ensuring long-term stable service of the equipment in harsh environments.

Optimizing heat dissipation and layout: The power generation room is equipped with efficient intake and exhaust silencers and axial flow fans to ensure that the temperature rise inside the room does not exceed 15 ℃; The gas source room ensures smooth heat dissipation of key equipment such as transformers and air compressors through reasonable area division and air duct design.

During the production process, Huayang Oil and Gas and its suppliers always adhere to the principle of "quality first". From the selection of Q345D seamless steel pipe hoisting pipes, to the continuous sealing welding and non-destructive testing of each weld seam; From the NPT thread connection and 1.0MPa pressure test of oil and gas pipelines, to the IP55 protection level of electrical systems and the application of Siemens/Schneider components, every link has gone through layers of checks. All drawings are accurately designed based on Inventor 3D software and have been reviewed by Party A to ensure the rationality and non-interference of the structure.

The power generation room (5 sets) and gas source room (1 set) delivered this time are both designed with modularity. The building, silent system, pre embedded pipelines, and electrical accessories have all been integrated and only need to be quickly connected at the final assembly site. This' plug and play 'mode will greatly shorten the on-site installation cycle and improve the overall efficiency of the project.
