Recently, our custom integrated MCC Gas Source Room package equipment has successfully completed production, commissioning, quality inspection and packaging. It has been formally loaded for shipment to the overseas energy engineering project site, providing solid guarantee for the stable operation of the project’s electrical control and instrument air systems.
The delivered MCC Gas Source Room has overall dimensions of 10100×3000×2600mm. Adopting a standardized prefabricated container integrated design, it features compact structure and rational layout, suitable for complex construction environments such as field work sites and oil & gas stations.
The complete unit is designed and manufactured in strict compliance with overseas engineering standards. It features dust resistance, corrosion resistance, superior sealing performance, stable operation and easy maintenance. It can be directly connected and installed upon arrival, greatly shortening the on-site construction period and effectively reducing project construction costs.
During production, The department of technical, quality inspection and production teams strictly controlled every process. Comprehensive verification was carried out on the pressure system, electrical system, drying and purification performance, overall structural strength as well as transportation reinforcement details to ensure all equipment performance parameters meet requirements with reliable quality, fully securing safe long-distance transportation and seamless on-site commissioning.
