According to the customer’s site requirements, HYANG Oil&Gas independently designed and produced a 110GPM mud-water separation system for the mud cleaning and recycling (bored pile desanding) at drilling site.The mud cleaning system include two layers shaker screen with different mesh for further separate the coarse particles and then treating by Desanding Hydrocyclone to get recycled clean mud for drilling usage.

Work principle: Drilling mud enters the mud logging Tank, and then overflows into the shaker screen (bottom screen) to separate large solid particles, and then mud enters the sedimentation bin. The mud in the sedimentation tank is sucked out by the sand pump, the mud is pressurized, and then transported into the cyclone inlet manifold, mud will rotate in the cyclone at a high speed. The centrifugal force and under the action of gravity, it continuously rotates downward and settles. Due to the density difference between the liquid and solid in the mud, the solid phase is discharged from the drip nozzle at the bottom of the cyclone, enters the shaker screen (upper screen), and fine particles is separated again and screening out, the mud enters the sedimentation bin, and the clean mud is discharged from the overflow pipe at the top of the cyclone and recycled.
