HYJBQ series horizontal coupling type mud agitator is mainly composed of explosion-proof motor, reduction gearbox, motor base and impeller components.
Working Principle
Mud agitator is suitable for mixture of drilling fluid. HYJBQ mud agitator below 5.5kW adopts cycloid reducer, agitator above 7.5kW adopts turbo-worm type decelerating transmission. The pulsator can make the mixing liquid produce vortex motion to enhance mixing effect. The tray sandwiched between blades can also prevent mud solid particle from depositing around lower blades after shutdown, it can reduce drag torque of the sediment on the blades during startup,thus to avoid motor overloading and burning.
