Working principle

The material enters the drying shaker through the feed inlet, and under the action of the exciting force, the material jumps on the screen surface and moves forward. Materials with mesh sizes smaller than the particles pass through the mesh and fall into the lower layer, while particles larger than the mesh are retained on the screen surface. At the same time, hot air blows through the bottom of the screen to accelerate the evaporation of water and achieve the purpose of drying.
