HYQJ series drilling mud cleaner with characteristic that cyclone group is consist of 1~3 high wear-resistant polyurethane desander cyclones and 8~16 high wear-resistant polyurethane cyclones in a combined arrangement. Enhanced mud processing to improve the drilling cuttings separation efficiency, simple structure, low cost, mobile relocation, convenient to installation and maintenance, the easy-wear parts can be used same with the drilling mud shale shaker.
Adopts high-chromium cast iron lining polyurethane or integral polyurethane material, which has good performance in fluid erosion resistance and long service life.
High manganese alloy steel for screen basket, which makes our shale shaker has high strength and also extend the service life of screen basket.
Adopts international brand vibration motors: Martin, OLI, with IEC Ex, ATEX or UL Certified.
Heat treatment for screen basket, it’s surface chooses heavy anti-corrosive coating to ensure service life.
