    Desander, desilter and shale shaker are integrated, featuring a compact structure design and small volume.
    HYQJ series drilling mud cleaner features a cyclone group consisting of 1~3 high wear-resistant polyurethane desander cyclones and 8~16 high wear-resistant polyurethane cyclones in a combined arrangement. This enhances mud processing to improve drilling cuttings separation efficiency, offering a simple structure, low cost, mobile relocation, and convenient installation and maintenance. Easy-wear parts are compatible with the drilling mud shale shaker.
    Adopts high-chromium cast iron lining polyurethane or integral polyurethane material, which delivers excellent performance in fluid erosion resistance and extends service life.
    High manganese alloy steel is used for the screen basket, providing our shale shaker with high strength and extending the service life of the screen basket.
    Adopts international brand vibration motors: Martin or OLI, certified with IEC Ex, ATEX, or UL.
    Heat treatment for the screen basket; its surface features a heavy anti-corrosive coating to ensure long service life.
    High G-force vibration strength (adjustable) meets the requirements for separating high viscosity and extremely high density drilling mud.
    Shaker screen can be securely fixed by plate-type tightening and wedge blocks.
    Electrical components are sourced from famous international brands like Schneider or Siemens.
