Drilling Waste Management

Drill cuttings refer to the formation cuttings that are damaged by the drill bit during the drilling process and brought to the ground through the mud circulation system. It is the main waste in the drilling process, and its production is accompanied by waste drilling fluid. Drilling cuttings management also called drilling waste management is necessary because the hydrocarbons contained in sludge and drill cuttings are extremely harmful to the environment.

HYZQJ series desander is an important equipment in drilling fluid solids control. Desander is made up of a desander cyclone and a simple shale shaker. It is a secondary solids control desander equipment for suspended drilling fluid treatment. The key part of the Desander is that the hydrocyclone is made of wear-resistant cast iron. It is mainly applicate to separate size 47～76um solid phase particles like the sand in the drilling fluid.
