    HYang oil-based mud drilling cuttings management system is mainly composed of drying machine, centrifuge, screw conveyor, collection tank, drying vibrating screen, integrated machine, drilling fluid recovery equipment, etc. After systematic treatment, the useful oil-based mud can be recycled, and at the same time, it can effectively reduce the moisture content of the solid phase, realize the reduction of waste, and save energy in subsequent incineration.

    The conical receiving tank is made of 6mm thick corrugated plate and 100x100 square pipe. The base is welded with 3 pcs 20# I-beams and 12# I-beams, the top is an open structure, and patterned plates are laid in half of the width direction to prevent large materials from falling into the tank. The side wall of the tank adopts a 4-sided cone-angle structure, and is connected with HYLXS-325 pipe screw conveyor to ensure smooth discharge of materials.
      
    The collection tank of the spin dry centrifuge is made of 6mm thick corrugated plate and 100x100 square pipe. The base is welded with 3 25# I-beams and 12# I-beams, and the top is lined with 8mm thick steel plates. The surface of the tank is made of 5mm thick non-slip pattern plates except manholes and equipment installation positions. The bottom of the tank tilts towards the cleaning door with a difference of 150mm. The top of the tank adopts 100x100x6mm square pipe on both sides, and the end of the dryer is a lifting structure to ensure that the height can be reduced during transportation.

    1. Complete the installation of conical receiving tank, screw conveyor, high-speed variable frequency centrifuge, variable frequency drying machine, centrifugal collection tank, agitator and other equipment, and connect all interfaces.
    2. The solid phase is discharged from the vibrating screen of the user's solid control system into the conical receiving tank, and the materials in the tank are transported to the entrance of the HYLXS-325 transformer tube screw conveyor through the HYLXS-350 U-type screw conveyor at the bottom, and then to the HYCD930B-VFD dryer on the liquid phase collection tank of the centrifuge.
    3. Under the centrifugal action of the materials entering the dryer, the materials larger than 0.35mm are discharged through the slag discharge port of the dryer and transported to the cuttings collection box (provided by Party A) through the HYLSX-325 pipe screw conveyor, and the materials and liquid phase less than or equal to 0.35mm are discharged to the liquid phase collection tank 1# bin of the dryer through the liquid outlet of the dryer. In order to prevent material precipitation, the warehouse is installed with a HYJBQ11 agitator, a 50YZ20-20 subliquid slurry pump and a HYLW355NB-1 centrifuge.
    4. The material in the 1# bin of the centrifuge liquid phase collection tank is sent to the HYLW355NB-1 centrifuge for treatment through the 50YZ20-20 liquid slurry pump. The solid phase greater than 2μm is discharged through the centrifuge slag discharge port, and the liquid phase enters the material in the 2# bin of the liquid phase collection tank of the centrifuge. In order to prevent material precipitation, the warehouse is equipped with a HYJBQ11 agitator and a 50YZ20-20 liquid slurry pump for liquid phase export to the solid control system, and can also be used for washing in the flow channel of the dryer.
    5. The system can be operated continuously without stopping during the process.
