Working Principlehyang
The basic principle of cyclone desander is to use centrifugal force to introduce fluid tangentially into the conical shell of the desander cyclone, and the action of gravity pushes the solid phase to the cone surface and runs down the surface to the separator for discharge mouth discharge. The secondary liquid swirl action generated in the separator shell will generate upward movement force, and then the liquid will be discharged from the discharge manifold through the swirl detector. The smaller diameter of the sand removal cyclone is, the greater the separation effect will be so that solid particles with smaller particle sizes can be successfully separated.
