Coal Mining Lithium Mining Separation Mud Recycling System
PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONhyang
The coal mining drilling fluid recycling throughout the drilling process, passing through the bit and bringing back cuttings and sand. Once the drilling fluid returns to the surface, it first passes through a screen to remove large solids and then into a cyclone for further separation. Heavier solid particles are deposited on the conical bottom of the cyclone, while lighter liquids and fine particles overflow from the upper part. To further purify the drilling fluid, the spilled liquid can be fed into a centrifuge for treatment. Finally, the treated drilling fluid is pumped back down the hole to continue circulating.
Coal drilling fluid can act as temporary wall protection or temporary support, which means that during drilling, the protection of the hole wall is stable and does not collapse. According to different formation conditions and drilling technology requirements, different temporary wall protection methods are adopted. The most commonly used method is mud wall protection. Using the characteristics of mud, the mud skin formed around the hole wall can be used to maintain the stability of the well wall under the action of pressure difference caused by mud density greater than water density [24]. Technical parameters such as mud density, viscosity, water loss, shear force and sand content will affect the effect of wall protection.
There are also some non-vertical downward drilling, in the formation of extremely unstable conditions, you can use the way of pipe drilling, drilling at the same time, the use of follow-up casing, supporting the hole side, to play a temporary or long-term support role.
We can design the coal mud cleaning system as per your drilling conditions
