Desander, desilter and shale shaker are integrated, with features compact structure design and small volume.

HYQJ series drilling mud cleaner features a cyclone group consisting of 1~3 high wear-resistant polyurethane desander cyclones and 8~16 high wear-resistant polyurethane cyclones in a combined arrangement. Enhanced mud processing improves drilling cuttings separation efficiency, featuring simple structure, low cost, mobile relocation, and convenient installation/maintenance. Easy-wear parts are interchangeable with the drilling mud shale shaker.

Adopts high-chromium cast iron lining polyurethane or integral polyurethane material, which has good performance in fluid erosion resistance and long service life.

High manganese alloy steel for screen basket, which makes our shale shaker has high strength and also extend the service life of screen basket.

Adopts international brand vibration motors: Martin, OLI, with IEC Ex, ATEX or UL Certified.

Heat treatment for screen basket, it’s surface chooses heavy anti-corrosive coating to ensure service life.

High G-force vibration strength (adjustable) is meeting the separation of high viscosity and extremely high density drilling mud.

Shaker screen can be fixed by plate type tightening and wedge block.
