1. Adopts 2205 duplex stainless steel for straight and cone section, and also centrifugal casting process.

2. Adopts SS316L for the remaining components of the drum assembly.

3. Spiral conveyor is protected by wear-resistant tungsten carbide alloy plate, long service life and the east to maintain and replace. The branch mouth of the conveyor and solids outlet of the centrifuge bowl are both protected by a wear-resistant alloy sheath which is easy to replace, lengthen the usage life, and maintenance cycle.

4. Drum assembly is protected by dismantled support during transportation, preventing damage to bearings in the transportation.
