First stage shaker to screen out the big particals:
Mud enters the primary shaker. Through the shaker, the screen will trap the large particles of solid materials in the mud to achieve the separation of coarse particles.
The material on the screen (large particle solid) is discharged, and the material under the screen (fine particals) enters the next level.
Secondary Desander:
The material under the screen goes to the secondary desander.
The desander uses centrifugal force to separate the sand from the mud.
Sand particles are deposited at the bottom of the desander and are discharged periodically.
The desanding mud goes to the next stage.
Three stage desilter:
The mud enters the three-stage desilter.
The desilter further separates the fine clay from the mud.
Fine grained solid material is deposited at the bottom of the desilter and discharged periodically.
Clean water after three stages of desliming is discharged from the system.
